According to Family Guy producer Kara Vallow’s Twitter, the season 5 premiere of American Dad! will be in full 16:9 aspect ratio high definition.
This means that American Dad! is now the 3rd primetime animated comedy to get the high def treatment after The Simpsons, and King of the Hill, even beating Family Guy to the upgrade.
