FCC Proposes fine of $25,000 for “Don’t Look a Smith Horse in the Mouth”
The FCC is proposing a fine of $25,000 to FOX because the network failed to respond to it’s questions regarding a scene of Stan, suggesting he masturbated a horse in the January 3rd episode of American Dad reports The Huffington Post.
The FCC claims the episode drew 100,000 complaints when Stan was told by Roger that to properly take care of the horse to keep it in top shape for a race he needed to not only brush and clean it, he also needed to “… give it a full release …” the scene eventually cuts to Stan hosing off with a garden hose.
FOX has filed a bid that the FCC limit it’s investigation to areas where complaints were filed which the FCC has rejected.

This isn’t a suit or trial. The FCC gets to play judge, jury and executioner, although a $25,000 fine is less than what a one-minute ad costs. I think this a put-up to appease the PTC. Only problem is these butt-heads will just be encouraged to keep spamming.
the PTC is retarded, they’re a group of concerned PARENTS, who are griping about stuff on a show not being appropriate for their children when the show itself isn’t meant for children in the first place. doesn’t that seem a bit redundant?
and the fact that it’s animated is no excuse, u can get away with more comedy-wise in animation that u cannot do with real ppl.
It about time, I knew about two episode about steve getting bullyed badly on 1600 candles and Escape from Pearl Baely but a sence about roger forcing stan to touch a horse privates. it just get stupider and funnier and all of the episode of this show but it about time that American Dad got fined by the FCC over stan touching a horse privates. and Family Guy is still funnier than American Dad because stan is still a know it all jerk. (Nothing to do in personal life, it just a television show, Nothing else)
