As posted back in July, Mezco released a Family Guy Classics set of action figures featuring Peter, Stewie, and Brian. Now the company has a preorder online for a second series of characters: Secret Agent Astronaut Millionaire Peter,Bed Time Stewie and Cleveland. The series will be released in April 2010, at a price of $39. [Translate]

British tabloid The Sun are currently holding a competition to win a copy of Family Guy season 8 on DVD (the European "volume 7" equivalent), a PS3 Slim and a 32" flat screen television.

Second Hand Films will be holding a silent auction next Tuesday, October 13th in aid of minority filmmaking. The "FUNdraiser" for their indie short, Second Hand, will include items including hotel stays, entertainment memorabilia, but most importantly, a signed script of the Family Guy abortion episode, "Partial Terms of Endearment".

The region 4 equivalent to the US and Canada's Volume 7 DVD is finally released today in Australia. While it's titled "season 8", it actually contains the last 4 episodes of season 6, and the first 9 episodes of season 7, as does the aforementioned volume 7 DVD.
